Educational Tool for Speech Therapy
Snapi turns 2D information into 3D interactive play and is the brainchild of Dylan and Danielle Cooper. We designed and sold educational tools to help speech and language therapists spend less time preparing and more time with children engaged.

Services
Industrial Design
We had two users. The children and the therapists. Through understanding both these users we designed and prototyped a variety of designs which we tested with therapists throughout the process. This gave us amazing feedback which we used to help drive design decisions.
Prototyping
Using basic FDM 3D printing and printing. We were able to prototype different ideas each week for fast iteration.
Designed for Manufacture
We used three manufacture methods:
- Injection moulding with a 2 cavity mould for the buttons.
- Silicone moulds with the low volume balls.
- Vinyl printing for the graphics.
Branding and Packaging
We wanted the brand to be fun, colourful with a hint of educational. We chose a parrot and speech bubble in our logo and a packaging design that embraced a modular system allowing customers to store and grow their collection.
Educational Resources
One of the major component to Snapi was the educational aspect. We designed multiple educational resources that paired with the physcial objects.

"Thank you Snapiworld, I foresee many years of playing with and learning from this incredible toy!"
